No Automated or Bulk Submissions

Counter Notices

If you believe content was wrongly removed from any platform operated by Strategic Vision LLC, you may submit a counter-notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant provides evidence that legal action has been filed.

By submitting a DMCA notice, you agree that we may forward your notice (including your contact information) to the party that uploaded or controls the content in question.

DMCA Counter Notice

If you believe that material you uploaded or controlled was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA request, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]

Your name, address, and phone number.

Identification of the removed material and its original location.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (if in the U.S.) or any district in which Strategic Vision LLC may be found (if outside the U.S.).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 days unless the original claimant initiates legal proceedings.

Strategic Vision LLC respects all copyright laws and expects its users, contractors, and affiliates to do the same. Repeated infringement of intellectual property rights may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
